Kate, Corey and Dave were very helpful. Especially Kate, she was very good, answered all the questions my wife and I had. She was available when we had questions but also let us browse without the sales pressure and hovering (how I prefer it). She even answered my text messages when I had questions afterwards.
All around a great experience, very happy with my purchase.
From Our sales person Manu, manager Allen. They sure know how to treat their customers. Very honest men!!
I absolutely love them. They are so knowledgeable.
Thank you guys.
Good service, nice people!
Kia (yes, that's his name) is a great consultant (very relaxed during our test drive, put me at ease, totally knowledgable as well). Barb and Kara in finance are friendly and helpful. The whole team at this dealership understand service and taking care of customers. If you're buying a used car, Alan and these great folks will hook you up!
(And if you give your small child a complementary hot chocolate, be prepared for a spill all over the shiny showroom floor. Sorry guys!)
they were perfect and very helpful I am really happy with this deal.

=====================================================================================================================My wife and I had a fantastic experience with the North Shore KIA team last week. Alan & Manu were both so professional, open-minded, knowledgeable and above all, customer-friendly. Our investigating kind of visit soon turned to a purchasing one and in no more than a couple of hours, my wife and I made up our mind totally and confirmed the deal. Hats off to KIA top management in BC for having such individuals in KIA North Shore. (Jan. 2017)

KIA NIRO COMPACT HYBRID CUV SET TO GO ON SALE IN 2016
Posted On December 5, 2017Kia today released sketches of the all-new Niro, a “Hybrid Utility Vehicle” (HUV) that will go on sale in 2016. If the name sounds familiar, it’s because Kia introduced the Niro concept at the 2013 Frankfurt Auto Show.
According to the company, the Niro will maintain all the practicality and appeal of a compact SUV, while offering greater fuel economy. Its all-new platform is designed to accommodate a specific set of environmentally-conscious technologies and next-generation powertrains.
Aesthetically, the Kia Niro looks sporty and aerodynamic while integrating the brand’s signature “Tiger Nose” grille. Other design elements will later be applied to the rest of the lineup. Under the hood is a 104-horsepower 1.6L gasoline engine mated to a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission. A 32kW electric motor and 1.56kWh lithium-polymer battery complete the package.
The time and location of the Niro’s public debut remain unknown. Production will start in late 2016.
In related news, Kia plans to offer 11 green models by 2020 compared to just four at the moment.
