I have nothing but positive things to say about the service and staff at North Shore Kia. My 2012 Kia Rondo needed some engine servicing recently and along with it came an ignition problem that wasn't apparent before. After a couple of trips back to correct the pesky problem the service staff and manager (Ben) went out of their way to make the necessary repairs to my satisfaction with no additional cost. I highly recommend NS Kia if you are looking for a dealership you can trust and who puts the customer first.
